In these ever increasingly difficult times, all of us at EOS sincerely hope you and your loved ones are keeping well and looking after each other. Our hearts go out to those who have been personally impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic. I wanted to take this opportunity to let you all know, both current and future clients, what we are doing in response to the current situation.
Enterprise Office Solutions is fully operational and will remain so until advised otherwise. We are continually re-evaluating our position in accordance with the Government guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff, tenants and visitors is paramount. We feel this is vital in supporting our inhouse businesses to continue to work where working from home is not possible. We hope our positive outlook and welcoming team can continue to boost morale of our businesses and support them in these testing times to come out the other side stronger than ever.
Some of the major changes we have made at EOS include the periodic daily sanitation of all communal areas/regularly used equipment and access to anti-bacterial sprays, hand wash and wipes. Further precautions we have implemented include ensuring the 2m social distancing is adhered to, keeping all office doors shut, dramatically reducing the footfall into the office by asking all visitors, postal and courier deliveries to wait at the front door so only our reduced internal staff and tenants have access to the building. We hope reducing the amount of people into the building will reduce the spread of the virus and in turn reduce the number of those infected.
We are in regular contact with all of our clients, particularly those working from home to ensure we continue to provide them with any support they may need. We are confident our determination to continue on through these uncertain times will encourage all of our tenants that things will shift closer to normal over the coming weeks as the situation hopefully improves and social restrictions begin to ease.
I would like to thank all our clients, employees and suppliers for their continued support during these challenging times and we will continue to provide the highest level of service which our clients have become accustom to and keep you updated in the days and weeks to follow.
